Due to the huge number of customer requirements we now provide the successful ITIL® 2011 Process Library tailored to the needs of small and medium enterprises.

 

ITIL® as universal framework is an extensive collection of best practices for the provision of IT services, regarding all thinkable aspects of IT service management. This opulence is overwhelming for small and medium enterprises thus being an overkill. But a simple reduction to version 2 of ITIL® is not suitable and misses the important concept of life cycle management for IT services.

 

Hence we decided to provide a subset of our ITIL® 2011 Process Library tailored to the requirements of small and medium enterprises at suitable reduced costs - the ITIL® 2011 Process Library light. It addresses primarily companies who us IT for their business nad are not external service providers.

 

The ITIL® 2011 Process Library light is a standardized Best Practice Process Model (ITIL® process map) of the international standard ITIL® in the version 3 edition 2011 modelled in BPMN 2.0.
